Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to learn more about graduate degrees, certificates and courses offered through the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences during a virtual information session Thursday, June 27, from noon to 1 p.m.
Attendees will learn how they can leverage their CWRU employee tuition benefits for programs and courses in nonprofit management, social work and data science. Faculty, staff and students will share their insights and experiences.
Benefits-eligible programs at the Mandel School are:
- Master on Nonprofit Organizations (MNO)
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Certificate in Nonprofit Management (CNM)
- Certificate in Data Science for Social Impact (DSSI)
Examples of non-degree courses are:
- Operationalizing Anti-Racism for Everyday Impact (3 credits)
- Introduction to Neuroscience in Social Work Practice (1 credit)
- Nonprofit Strategic Planning (3 credits)
The certificate programs the Mandel School offers are eligible for the CWRU tuition benefit because the courses are graduate-level academic classes.
