The annual summer garage sale at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences is scheduled for Wednesday, July 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A $3 summer cookout lunch will be served between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on the school’s patio.
The sale, now in its fourth year, features home decorative items, kitchenware, children’s clothing and more from faculty and staff.
Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Mandel School’s Study Abroad Program, in which social work students have the opportunity to engage in cross-cultural studies of social policies and practices in a variety of locations across the globe.
