Noble Neighborhood community assessment presentation is April 7
Heights Observer: Mark Chupp, assistant professor in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, and student Nina Holzer directed a group of Mandel School students in an assessment of housing, retail, safety, children and youth in the northeast quadrant of Cleveland Heights. They will present their results today at 7 p.m.at Noble Road Presbyterian Church.
