Case Western Reserve’s ‘Fix-It-Cle’ repair workshops promote circular economy, expand to off-campus sites

WEWS: Jimmy Salgado Juarez, the manager for program development and implementation at Sears think[box], discussed the university’s “Fix-It Cle” workshops, which have allowed members of the Greater Cleveland community repair household items and clothing. “We want people to feel empowered to repair their things at home, and moreover, so that they can understand how things work, but also understand that things don’t have to be thrown away often,” he said.
