Colleges outline diversity programs
Crain’s Cleveland Business (subscription required): Kathleen Buse, adjunct professor at the Weatherhead School of Management, is one of three faculty members spearheading the school’s Leadership Lab for Women in STEM—a six-day executive education program aimed at helped women succeed in male-dominated STEM fields. “This is a Cleveland program for women created by women,” she said.
