Make nominations for Staff Advisory Council

Are you interested in serving on the Staff Advisory Council (SAC)? The council is calling for nominations for representatives from the following areas:

  • Case School of Engineering
  • College of Arts and Sciences
  • School of Law
  • School of Medicine
  • Weatherhead School of Management

The Staff Advisory Council is looking for engaged and motivated representatives to be a voice for colleagues as we work to build a better campus community. SAC works to make recommendations to improve the staff experience and recognize the people who make Case Western Reserve University a thriving and collaborative place. Members of the council have the opportunity to participate in work that is meaningful to them, including community service, staff training and development, and policy review and recommendations.

Staff members can nominate themselves or their colleagues (multiple and self-nominations are welcome). Submit a nomination.

Eligibility for membership on the council is defined as all regular, full- or part-time, exempt and non-exempt, non-faculty employees of the university hired before March 2024. Representatives will be elected for a two-year term (2024–2026). Terms of membership begin on the third Monday of September every year.
