Maintenance to be performed on campus cable televisions this week

University Technology ([U]Tech) will partner with Campus Televideo to perform scheduled maintenance on Case Western Reserve University’s cable televisions today (Aug. 22) and tomorrow (Aug. 23).

During this upgrade, antennas on the roof of Crawford Hall and fiber distribution equipment will be moved, causing disruption of the over-the-air channels for short periods of time. On Wednesday, Aug. 24, and Thursday, Aug. 25, additional maintenance work is scheduled with slight disruptions expected on Thursday.

Once the upgrade is complete on Friday, Aug. 26, users will need to perform a channel scan to gain access to the new channel line-up, which is offering over 70 HD channels.
