Lunar New Year celebrates the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar. This holiday is widely celebrated in China, South Korea, Vietnam and other countries. 2024 is the Year of the Dragon and welcomes strength, power and success.
Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Excellence invites members of the community to a celebration with authentic Asian food, tea, a poster exhibition showcase and festive activities. This Lunar New Year’s Eve Celebration will be held Friday, Feb. 9, from noon to 1 p.m. on the third floor of Samson Pavilion.
