Congress mulls fast track for trade agreements
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: Juscelino Colares, professor of law and associate director of the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center, warned against relying on specific trade statistics in the debate on whether President Barack Obama should have the right to fast-track trade agreements. “There’s no way the loss of manufacturing jobs in the U.S. … was only the result of trade policy,” he said.
