The Case Western Reserve University School of Law’s Institute for Global Security Law & Policy and the Social Justice Institute will welcome Lynn Tramonte, founder and director of Ohio Immigrant Alliance, for a discussion Thursday, Oct. 10, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the School of Law’s Moot Courtroom (A59).
This discussion will relate to immigrants’ representation in the media, incarceration, and its impact on people and families, immigration policy, bias, and racial justice.
Excerpts from the new Netflix series Living Undocumented, which focuses in part on an Ohio family from Mauritania, will be screened.
