The LGBT Center will offer two Safe Zone sessions Friday, July 31: one from 9 a.m. to noon and another from 1 to 4 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room A09.
Safe Zone is a three-hour training program that builds a visible network of volunteers who are committed to creating a community of respect and dignity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning students, staff and faculty. Safe Zone makes it possible to easily identify individuals who are dedicated to an environment in which all people are free to thrive academically, professionally and personally.
