Curious about the strategic and operational implications of utilizing large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT in product design? Faculty and staff members are invited to join the Weatherhead Executive Education for a new program called “Leveraging Generative AI in Product Development.”
Youngjin Yoo, the Elizabeth M. and William C. Treuhaft Professorship in Entrepreneurship and faculty co-director of the xLab, and Mike Fisher, former CTO at Etsy, will lead this session Thursday, Oct. 26, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This program will assist participants in developing a customer-centric approach. The morning session will focus on the implications and economic impact of LLMs while the afternoon session will transition to a hands-on workshop for human-centered product design. By the end of the day, you will have developed a working prototype leveraging the power of generative AI.
Attendees also will hear from industry experts, including:
- Tyler Folkman, chief technology and AI officer of BENlabs; and
- Christina Goldschmidt, vice president of product design at Warner Music Group.
