University Health and Counseling Services will offer “Getting Unstuck,” a fast-paced, three-session seminar to increase students’ understanding of and knowledge about depression.
This seminar aims to provide students with skills to recognize and manage symptoms they may be experiencing.
It is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute and Music and Kent State University Podiatry undergraduate, graduate and professional students regardless of where they currently reside.
Participants must attend all three sessions.
