The Organizational Development and Learning unit of the Office of Human Resources will present a seminar on “Coaching and Developing Direct Reports.” The workshop will take place Aug. 8, 9 a.m. to noon, in Crawford Hall 209.
Developing direct reports is a key component to a supervisor’s success and involves more than an annual performance appraisal. During the event, attendees will learn tools to help develop direct reports—well beyond performance management.
