Individuals interested in trying indoor cycling for the first time—or those who have tried a few classes but are still unsure of themselves—are invited to attend the Employee Wellness Program’s free Intro to Cycle class. The class will be held Aug. 23 from noon to 1 p.m. at 121 Fitness Center.
Elise Falatach will teach attendees how to safely set up their bikes; how to adjust resistance to ensure an effective, safe workout; and the proper positions and techniques to use.
