Learn new teaching strategies by observing a colleague

Interested in learning from colleagues and observing classes as a faculty member? University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) will offer the Teachers Observing Teachers Experience (TOTEs) program this semester.

Through this program, volunteer faculty members open their classrooms to colleagues for observation in the spirit of sharing their passion for teaching and commitment to student learning. The UCITE TOTEs program provides CWRU faculty members with opportunities to engage with one another in active learning classroom environments as members of a pedagogical community.

The program will take place Feb. 26 through March 1.

To visit and observe a colleague’s class, submit the TOTEs application form by Feb. 14.
