For more than 40 years, the Case Western Reserve University Anatomical Gift Program (AGP) has been a trusted source of cadavers to many of the health professions students at CWRU, including those in the MD, PA, dental medicine, and graduate anatomy programs. Donating one’s body is a selfless gift to these students and to their future patients as it allows them to learn anatomy as it really is, variant and intricate, while also allowing them to appreciate the true nature of the tissues of the body. Learning about the human body through dissection provides unique insights that students carry with them throughout their entire career. Many of the people who choose to donate their body to the AGP have a connection to Case Western Reserve, whether that be as an employee, alumnus, recipient of care from an affiliated medical center, or other connection.
If you or someone you know might be interested in donating their body to the CWRU AGP or would like more information about the program, visit the CWRU AGP website, or contact the AGP through email at firstname.lastname@example.org and/or phone call 216.368.3430). All donations are greatly appreciated.
