Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance provider (EAP), IMPACT Solutions (now part of All One Health), created a Member Portal video to introduce its EAP website and what all is available. Watch the video.

Those who would like to set up an account can follow the below steps:

  1. Go to myimpactsolution.com
  2. On the top right, select “Member Portal & App” and log in using your account username and password.
  3. Enter CWRU’s company code (cwrueap) and select “Next”.
  4. Enter your CWRU email address and select “Next”.
  5. Create a username. It is not the same as your email address, however, for ease you may want to use your network ID (abc123) as your username. Then, select “Submit”.
  6. Check your email for a message from info@mylifeexpert.com. Enter the 5-character code from the email in the box. Then, select “Verify Your Code”.
  7. Create a password. Your password must be at least eight characters and can be any combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Enter your password again in the “Repeat Password” field and select “Submit”.
  8. You will be directed to a login page. Log in using your username and password.
