Learn how to use Turnitin during workshops this spring

Staff from University Technology’s ([U]Tech) Teaching + Learning Technologies team will host one-hour workshops on Turnitin this spring.

Turnitin is Case Western Reserve University’s digital plagiarism detection tool. Accessed through Canvas, the tool helps ensure student academic writing submissions are free of unintentional or intentional plagiarism.

During the workshops, attendees will learn how to:

  • Set up Turnitin assignments in Canvas;
  • Use different versions of the tool; and
  • Interpret results of the Turnitin reports.

The last scheduled workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 20, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Rockefeller Hall, Room 303.

Those who would like an individual Turnitin Consultation can contact canvashelp@case.edu.
