Dan Churchill, author of Dude Food, will be at Barnes and Noble university bookstore on Thursday, April 30, at 1 p.m. for a demonstration and signing.
Churchill will demonstrate how to prepare for the work week and how to save time and money with his slow-roasted beef.
Participants will discover recipes to help them hit the gym by mixing ingredients for a banana chocolate smoothie in a blender to provides the right amount of protein to need to repair muscles after lifting weights.
