The Master of Engineering and Management (MEM) Program will host an open house Monday, Sept. 28, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Nord Hall, Room 356.
Kylie Rochford, PhD candidate in organizational behavior, will present “The 21st Century Engineer: Finding and Developing Your Leadership Potential.”
Students will have the opportunity to learn more about:
- How leadership skills can enhance their effectiveness in industry, academia and research professions;
- The importance of emotional intelligence for personal and professional fulfillment; and
- Four distinct learning styles and how to become a more effective team contributor and leader.
