The Department of Human Resources’ Employee Relations Unit will sponsor a brown-bag lunch event, “Relationship Strategies Supervisory Training,” Tuesday, April 29, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence.
At the event, attendees will learn to identify their individual behaviors and communications styles—and how to recognize the styles of others. They also will learn how personal styles impact the workplace, how to adapt to various styles, and how to plan strategies for improving communications.
Event participants should bring their lunches to the discussion.
