This summer, [U]Tech’s Teaching and Learning Technologies team will host a self-paced Digital Accessibility Self-Paced Summer Camp for faculty and staff at Case Western Reserve. Through 14 comprehensive modules, you’ll embark on a journey covering a wide range of digital accessibility topics, from fundamental concepts to best practices.
Modules feature:
- Introduction pages that help establish concepts quickly and in an understandable way;
- Engaging LinkedIn Learning videos that reinforce concepts and serve as reference material; and
- Quizzes that demonstrate your knowledge and real-world applications of concepts.
What you’ll gain from the course:
- A better understanding of digital accessibility: Enhance your skills to support and positively impact your students, colleagues, and the CWRU community.
- Expanded tech knowledge: Learn new accessibility features in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and more.
- Engagement and private support: Attend or watch one-hour recorded group Zoom sessions and book private 30-minute training sessions.
- Recognition: Receive a Digital Accessibility badge for your resume and professional profiles after completing each module and evaluation.
