Conflicts are an inevitable occurrence in any work setting; therefore, developing strategies to effectively manage these situations is paramount. Learn these skills and more during a two-part series on conflict management and an optional third workshop on workplace violence.
Jason Goodrick, director of emergency management, will facilitate the brown-bag lunchtime sessions, sponsored by the Office of Human Resources’ Organizational Development and Learning Unit.
The sessions will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Crawford Hall 209 on Thursday, April 10; Thursday, May 8; and Thursday, June 5.
