Learn Basic Self-Defense with DEFEND Level 1 & Level 2

Are you ready to feel more empowered and confident in emergency situations? Join One to One’s Kirk Simmons for DEFEND Level 1 and Level 2. In Level 1, you will be introduced to basic techniques in fending off an attacker. Level 2 will build on what you learned in Level 1 and introduce more techniques and strikes to use against your attacker, including choke holds, wrist locks and arm and leg holds.
Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2 and you can take both classes on Saturday. Both are interactive and participants should be prepared to work with someone of a different size and gender and be comfortable with person on person contact.
