There are open seats remaining for All Things Travel, a class in the Case Western Reserve University Administrative Professional Series, that will be offered today (April 17) from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Kelvin Smith Library, Room 215. All Things Travel examines the detailed elements of Case Western Reserve travel policy, as well as guidelines for completing travel reimbursement requests, statements of travel expense and travel advances.
Discussion will address the use of university preferred travel agencies for direct-billed airfare and hotel accommodations. Participants also will learn about the benefits of the American Express Travel and Expense (T&E) Card Program, university travel-related vendors, and the scope and operations of the Travel Services Office. Attendees will receive hands-on experience with using the updated T&E Module in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, which will be released April 20.
Registration is required in advance at case.edu/its/caps/register. All Things Travel is an elective class for the Certificate of Achievement in Financial Management. Details about the program are available by navigating to case.edu/its/caps.
