Learn about the Relational LeadershipTM model

Relational LeadershipTM is a model of leadership built upon the cultivation of authentic relationships, to achieve connection, common vision and interdependent action. This evidence-based leadership competency model is based on an understanding of people, their motivations, how they learn, work and influence one another in group settings. The relational leadership model takes advantage of this understanding to achieve greater results.

The Relational Leadership model is built upon four aspects of leadership

  1. Manage self
  2. Foster teamwork
  3. Coach and develop
  4. Accelerate change

Primary Care Progress (PCP) is an organization whose aim is to cultivate leadership and build community through the Relationship Leadership model in order to achieve meaningful, sustainable change in health and health care. Learn more about the PCP Student Action Network.
