The Case Western Reserve Social Justice Institute and Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence will present events in observance of the United Nations’ World Social Justice Day.
On Friday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. in Clark Hall 309, there will be a screening of Dying to Leave, a film that chronicles the worldwide boom in illegal migration and human trafficking. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
On Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Clark Hall 206, the campus community is invited to join two discussions about exploitation: “Modalities of Labor Exploitation” and “Trafficking: Voices, Frames and Strategies.” A continental breakfast will be provided.
