The CWRU Employee Wellness Program will host a free health seminar on spine health Jan. 20, noon to 1 p.m., in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room. David Hart, associate professor of neurological surgery and director of the Spinal Neurosurgery Center at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, will discuss common causes of neck and back pain, prevention tactics and treatment strategies.
