All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend this year’s Irwin. H. Lepow Medical Student Research Day Feb. 21, to learn more about the strides being taken by medical students.
This day celebrates research done by medical students at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University.
There will be 11 oral presentations and more than 150 poster presentations by students enrolled in MD, MD/MS, MD/MA, MD/MPH and MD/PhD programs. The event will last all day, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In addition, guest lecturer Barrett J. Rollins of Harvard Medical School will give a talk titled “Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis: Rare Insights into a Rare Disease Time” from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.
The event will be on Thursday, Feb. 21, in the Wolstein Research Building atrium and lecture hall.
