Case Western Reserve University’s Blackstone LaunchPad will present a netWORTHshop titled “Intellectual Property and Your Startup” on Friday, Sept. 19, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in Nord Hall 356. Lunch will be served.
Attendees will gain perspective on how intellectual property (IP) impacts startups and receive legal information to help smooth launch planning. Ted Theofrastous, managing attorney of the CWRU IP Venture Clinic and Distinguished Practitioner-in-Residence, will facilitate the event.
NetWORTHshop is a lecture, seminar and collaborative workshop series, helping students and alumni further their idea development and business creation activity. The seriesis presented in partnership with faculty, staff, and student groups delivering entrepreneurship and innovation programs, including the Division of Leadership and Professional Practice, Great Lakes Energy Institute, the CWRU Venture Clinic, and think[box].
