Case Western Reserve University will upgrade the Human Capital Management (HCM) enterprise human resources system to version 9.1 beginning Thursday, Sept. 27, at 6 p.m. The HCM system will not be available until Monday, Oct. 1, at 8 a.m.
While the menu options and pages that users see in HCM will not change, menu navigation itself will move to the top of the screen under the CWRU logo.
Information sessions covering the changes will be held Thursday, Sept. 20, at 2 p.m. in the Ford Auditorium and Friday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. in the Strosacker Auditorium. A question-and-answer period will take place during each session.
