This Thursday’s UCITE session will focus on changes to Adobe Connect. The discussion, led by Information Technology Services’ Kristen Kolenz, will be held Nov. 10 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Herrick Room of the Allen Memorial Library.
Kolenz will give an overview and tour of Adobe Connect Version 8’s new features, updates and support tools. This version has many new capabilities including a simpler and more intuitive user interface, enhanced audio/video and collaboration features for richer participant experiences, and improved access and security functions. The demonstration will give an overview of new features as well as show how flexible options enable its use as a virtual classroom, virtual office, lecture capture system and general-use meeting room.
