Learn about academic technology resources for faculty during Thursday’s UCITE seminar

At the next UCITE session, Information Technology Services (ITS) will present an overview of new, improved and existing services and support sources for faculty.

Recent improvements and additions to available services include Google Drive for documents on the go, expanded videoconferencing with the TelePresence Exchange (TPX) and the release of Adobe Creative Suite 6. New services include a website designed to assist researchers with data management planning, a new version of MediaVision lecture capture and expanded academic technology support.

Jennifer Loudiana, Tina Oestreich and Mike Kenney from ITS will talk about the support and services available to faculty to enable and enhance their research and teaching, and answer questions about how best to access and use them.

The discussion will take place Thursday, Sept. 13, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Herrick Room, located on the ground floor of the Allen Memorial Medical Library.

Pizza and sodas will be provided; RSVP to ucite@case.edu.
