Attention LEAD Certificate Program alumni: The Department of Human Resources, along with Siu Yan Scott and Eileen Connell, will kick off a new initiative, The LEAD Alumni Network.
Building upon the legacy of alumna Susan K. Lewis and research she conducted for her Master’s of Positive Organization Development and Change program, human resources believes there is value in developing a LEAD alumni program of engagement.
Program alumni are invited to provide additional feedback on this initiative by completing a brief survey by Friday, June 7. The survey is available online at cwru.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_ahNmHHgOBifO6nb.
