Hahn Professor of Law, said it’s difficult to know yet whether restricted access will sway people’s decision whether or not to get a vaccine for COVID-19 in the United States. That has been the case in Israel, she said, where 60% of the population has been vaccinated and many establishments require a vaccine passport to enter.
