Robert N. Strassfeld, professor of law, and Calvin Sharpe, the Galen J. Roush Professor of Business Law and Regulation, contributed to the fourth edition of Understanding Labor Law.
Strassfeld and Sharpe wrote the book with Douglas E. Ray, dean and professor of law at St. Thomas University School of Law.

Sharpe also wrote and edited the introductory article “The Richness of Forgiveness Studies, Policy, and Practice” for the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal in fall of 2013.
