Law’s Raymond Ku wrote a paper on pregnancy and childbirth

The Regulatory Review: A working paper by Raymond Ku, the Laura B. Chisolm Distinguished Research Scholar and professor at the School of Law, was highlighted in an article. In the original paper, Ku made the argument that pregnancy and childbirth should be considered expressive conduct, and so the right to abortion can derive from elsewhere in the U.S. Constitution—namely, the First Amendment.
