The New York Times: Paul Rose, dean of the School of Law, said that President Trump’s proposed sovereign wealth fund would break from tradition, as the U.S. lacks the surplus revenue that fuels funds in places like Norway and Abu Dhabi. He said while the term itself is debated, it broadly means “a government-owned fund that makes investments.”
