Paul Giannelli, the Albert J. Weatherhead III and Richard W. Weatherhead Professor in the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, has been selected to receive the National Italian American Bar Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Giannelli, also a Distinguished University Professor, has written extensively in the field of evidence and criminal procedure, especially on the topic of scientific evidence. He has authored or co-authored 10 books and written more than 200 articles, book chapters, reports, book reviews and columns. His work has been cited in nearly 700 judicial opinions across the country and in foreign courts.
The National Italian American Bar Association aims to advance the interests of the Italian-American legal community and improve the legal field.
