Law’s Paul C. Giannelli talks about troubling behavior of a forensic scientist

Scientist’s work records show litany of problems, but praise from cops

The Columbus Dispatch: Paul C. Giannelli, the Albert J. Weatherhead III and Richard W. Weatherhead Professor of Law, talked about the troubling behavior of a forensic scientist at the Ohio attorney general’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation. “Integrity is incredibly important for a forensic scientist,” Giannelli, also a Distinguished University Professor, said. “You want someone who is honest and someone who is proven to be competent in their field.”
