Law’s Michael Scharf writes about Biden administration’s chance to demonstrate moral authority

Michael Scharf, co-dean of the School of Law and the Joseph C. Hostetler—BakerHostetler Professor of Law, co-authored a piece published in The Diplomat titled “Why the US should recognize the Rohingya Genocide.” 

Scharf opined that the Biden administration has a chance to reassert the United States’ moral authority on human rights issues—including the genocide of the Rohingya people in Myanmar.
