School of Law Professor Michael Scharf recently spoke on “Universal Jurisdiction over the Crime of Aggression.” His talk was given June 25 at a workshop at New York University on International Criminal Court statutes.
He also participated as an invited expert in the “Strategic Meeting on the Ratification and Implementation of the Rome Statute,” held June 26 at the Permanent Mission of Liechtenstein to the United Nations in New York City.
