Associated Press: While Joseph Kony remains one of the world’s most-wanted fugitives, the International Criminal Court Congolese found warlord Thomas Lubanga guilty of using child soldiers. “A guilty verdict in the case will send a powerful signal to all those who recruit and use child soldiers around the world,” said School of Law professor Michael Scharf, director of the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center.
