Cox International Law Center, discussed potential avenues that could be taken to seek prosecution in the Malaysia jet disaster. “If the perpetrators or their superiors become known,” he said, “it is likely that the Dutch will ultimately issue an indictment and arrest warrants, and that Interpol will issue a Red Notice, which is the equivalent of an international arrest warrant.”
