Case Western Reserve’s law school co-dean receives incredibly rare opportunity to argue case before the world’s criminal court
WEWS: Michael Scharf, co-dean of the School of Law, discussed his invitation to present an amicus curiae argument before the Appeals Chamber of the ICC in The Hague. His oral argument could potentially become a landmark case for the ICC, reminiscent of some of the early landmark cases to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.
