Cleveland abductor moved to state prison for evaluation
Reuters: Ariel Castro will undergo both a physical and mental evaluation to help determine where he will reside for the remainder of his life. Michael Benza, senior instructor of law, said he believed Castro would be placed in a medium-security facility based on his crimes and lack of a previous criminal record.
