Federal prosecutors say they will seek to take Dimora’s home

The Plain Dealer: Federal prosecutors said they will seek to take former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora’s house to help pay for his illicit gains. “Forfeiture is a very lucrative thing for the government,” said Michael Benza, visiting associate professor of law. “When you see DARE officers driving Corvettes, you know that they seized from drug dealers through forfeiture.”
