The Plain Dealer: According to Michael Benza, senior instructor in law, the duration of the fraud case against Browns owner Jimmy Haslam’s company Pilot Flying J is standard. “It is not unusual that it is still going on,” Benza said. “In these kinds of cases you do all of your homework before you even get to the stage of bringing the indictment to the grand jury.”
