Associated Press: An upcoming murder trial hinges on videotape of a victim who was unable to communicate but identified a suspect through a series of blinks. “People blink naturally anyway, so the question could be whether the blinking is really identifying someone or is automatic or the result of something going on medically,” said Michael Benza, senior instructor in law.
